LOVE THIS THREAD! Thinking of pulling the trigger on the Sound Guys subwoofer package. Anyone done just the $1700 sub package they offer combined with the rest of the B&O?

New owner here-I have a 2023 Lightning XLT. I just had speakers upgraded with an amp and subwoofer. I am now having trouble with the prompt and phone volumes-they are barely audible. Has anyone else experienced this with an upgrade?

Did you do the upgrade yourself or have it done someplace? Reputable or whole-in-the-wall place (no offense!)? If installed by pro's, what do they say about it?

Is this with CarPlay? All volumes are separate levels with my system. So when a text message comes in, or a phone call, it’s a different level of sound based on what I set it at. Try sending yourself a long text message and see if you can adjust the volume while it’s being read over your speakers.

Well, my impression was a reputable place, but now I am not so sure-they told me they tried and the level I have now was the best they could do.

Yes on Car Play-texts, phone etc. I goes through prompt volume which I can raise to max (30) but it gets only so loud. Music through the phone is not affected.
