I had this on mine, VIN 2959 so fits the first 3600 criteria. I had the 20% power/notifications the same day I got the 23B57 notification. It happened in my driveway, so rather than try a 12V pull and have it happen somewhere less convenient, I had Ford Roadside tow it to my dealer.
They had it for 2 weeks before they figured out they needed to determine which module was bad to have Ford ship them a new module. Two more weeks later, they were replacing module yesterday, the tech indicated it was a bad cell, and they wanted to replace module so cell didn't drain cells around it and destroy module.
Hoping to get it back today or tomorrow. Issue happened Sept. 19th, so right at about a month to get resolved. If it really is a "proactive" fix, it seems like the process could be a bit more streamlined to limit time truck is sitting at the dealer.

They have another Lightning that came in after mine with the same issue. I think they have sold 40 total, so that's currently 5% and counting.

I received the CSP 23B57 letter in the mail in September and decided to wait for the OTA update. On Nov 2, I powered up the truck and saw the dreaded Park Safely Now message on the screen. Power was reduced to 20%. Messages in the Ford APP reported a high-voltage battery fault and a drive train malfunction. I contacted Ford EV support and talked to a rep. They confirmed the OTA has NOT been sent out yet, estimated mid-Dec. They also confirmed that the Ford has authorized the dealerships for a comparable rental vehicle for up to 14 days. If it runs longer, Ford can extend the time.

I dropped the truck at the dealership this morning for diagnosis and the other recall and CSPs. Late this afternoon I received a phone call from the dealership confirming the truck has a bad battery module. The service rep said this is the first one they have seen and he's not sure of the procedure from here.... We'll talk tomorrow....the saga begins. I'll find out if the dealership is going to honor the 14-day rental or I have to escalate it back to Ford EV support.

Best of luck on that - I had a battery module(s) replaced 10 days ago & and have the vehicle back - trying to get some clarification & charge now goes to 300 v 320 & reads 100%.

Try a full charge to 100% after a reset on Vehicle / Driving History reset & report back to confirm no issues since there are some on this/other forums.
The only issues I have read about are related to people not understanding the GOM?

Percentage vs. kWh matches in my case, I don't really care what my GOM says for miles at full charge.

2 new issues are charging to just 90% then stopping & to 300 miles ER / claiming 100% - not GOM related.
How is that not GOM related? I have yet to figure out how to put miles into my truck, I've only been able to put kWh into it.

Had a module replaced in August. Did a 3k mile trip recently with no issues. At some point Ford needs to give all the details and their plans going forward. I don't trust that this won't happen again. It's happening to recently built trucks which rules out a bad batch of modules.

I suspect many of us will sell our lightnings well before the battery warranty is up if Ford doesn't do the right thing. And if the problem isn't fully resolved by Ford our Lightnings will be very hard to sell.

Day 3 Update
The dealer says they are determining what parts to order. Also found out they don't provide a rental or loaner, Looks like I'm on my own.
Contacted Ford EV Customer Support. I'll have to get a rental from a local company and later get a reimbursement, $40 for sedan, and $60 for pickup. However, the rental must be a Ford to qualify.
Contacted Enterprise Rental, the only game in town. I can get a fleet rate if I have a warranty repair number.? The local Enterprise office says no F150 is available until next week.

Radical - amazing if you can get a $60 rate - more like $110 here & are you sure the dealer doesn't have to provide a loaner - may be true since Ford corporate has told me each dealer is independent?

Escalate to a supervisor. The Ford rental requirement is just baked into the script of the case advisors. I had to rent from Avis and Hertz to make our 1,200 mile trek home. They didn't have any Fords. I rented a 4-runner then a Traverse and had it in an email from a supervisor that Ford would reimburse.

During my repair my dealer gave me a new F-150 XLT with the Ecoboost. It's hard to go back to gas.

1 Week Update
The FORD service guy told me the battery/battery module (he's not sure which) arrived yesterday :), but may be waiting on more parts for the other CSPs. There is only 1 EV service tech at the dealership and he is busy installing a motor in the F250, so maybe 2-3 days before he can get to me  and expect 2-3 days for the swap. So now I'm looking at getting my Lightning back after Thanksgiving. To me, it looks like FORD is not very serious about EV support/service.

I just had that happened and Ford is paying for all of it. The same this , battety modular.

And they should pay for our wasted time also.
Yeah. I was stuck 1,200 miles away for 17 days thanks to my inept case advisor. Couldn't even get Ford to give me the extended warranty they gave others. Some BS about my mannequin already having one.

Today I went to ford dealer for different warranty issues (vibration alert in lane keeping system, and crackling sound while playing music in carplay).
Once the service person started logging the issue, he saw a recall for High Voltage Battery Module replacement.
Why my FordPass doesn’t shows the recall?
Approximately how much time it will take to get this done?

The vehicle went on production on June 2023, bought it on July 27th from dealer. Just 1000 miles driven.

Why they even built a vehicle couple months back with issues?
It took 3 weeks for mine to be replaced.
