I’m having a problem with my CSP initial setup. I logged onto the station’s WiFi and then found my WiFi and logged in with success, however moments later it kicked me off and now I can’t find the station’s WiFi to repeat the process. I tried turning off the breaker and back but still it’s not broadcasting it’s WiFi. Anyone have a clue what my next step should be? Thanks for any help.
Exact same thing happened to me. Even though it said it did not connect it was in the ford pass app. Open the Ford Pass App click on “Account” in the upper right corner and scroll down to “Charge station”.

Very cool, what did you hit to get to this screen? I have never seen it before on my app.
From the FordPass app. Click “account” in the upper right, then scroll down and click on “charge station”. Select “Settings” and Click “edit” under “Max Charge Current”..
Note that when I set it to 60 AMP, I had NO errors. I only charged once but this is good news. It charge 30 Miles per hour.

My electrician just finished installing this. I’m also having faults. In the time that we (myself and the electrician) were monitoring after the first fault we must’ve had three, about 10-20 mins apart. They last for about 20 seconds to 30 seconds. Then, the charger goes right back to supplying power to the truck.

On the other hand; I cannot get this thing to connect to Wi-Fi. So, I can’t install it via its own app and it doesn’t talk to the FordPass because it’s not installed.

Loving being able to go from 64% to full in just about five hours. Not loving all the other BS.

I have mine connected, I see it on my network but now I’m seeing this error. I have been successfully charging without errors for the last few charges.

I don’t recall getting that message on mine. You see it on your router and active?
In Ford Pass App, click on account in the upper right corner and scroll down to “Charge Station”. I presume that is what screen you are showing me.
maybe start over with setup?

Yes it's on the network and active. I can ping it and the activity since Sunday shows 236 MB uploaded and 30 MB downloaded. I see consistant network traffic since it was installed. I hate to start over with the setup since it's been charging has been without any errors after a few when it was initially installed.

Also, I have verified that my FCSP was not in Ford Pass, so no, it did not connect. It almost instantly says it finds no networks (again most devices find ours plus at least 2-3 of the surround neighbors) and then never connects to ours. I will try a manual install tonight as I see there’s a spot for that in FP.

still doesn’t fix the faults but maybe if I can down rate to 60A that will do the trick like everyone else

No, After the install we stood there and watched the unit go from blue to Amber lighting as I described either here or in the Facebook site. It literally faults every 20 to 30 minutes for 20 to 30 seconds and then goes back to charging so no it’s not slowing down

When I get home I am going to reopen the cover and downrate the charger internally. I’ll go to 64 (#6) and see if that does the trick

It sounded like good troubleshooting and sounded like sound theory. Sadly, I still got faults. Not as many mind you but eventually enough that the station stopped charging my truck.

I give up and put in a call to forward and I’ve already spoken to several people. No fixes yet as I placed the call on Thursday evening. I did get a call back yesterday, so it’s very early in the process.

I would suggest everyone having this problem call the number on the front of the installation guide and let the team know.

This thing's WiFi is garbage. I had nothing but problems getting it set up. I do appear to be lucky that I don't see any charging faults even at full current settings. I haven't charged too many times yet, though.
