Is anyone else getting Charge Station Pro Faults? My charging is getting a “solid Amber” light on right of LED for about 5-10 seconds and then goes back the flashing blue across all LEDs. I also get a Ford Pass message that pops up saying “Something went wrong with your charging station”. In the vehicle dashboard shows “Charging station not detected”. After the 5-10 seconds, everything looks like it is charging.

Yes - I have seen the exact same symptoms. During one charging session I had over 40 messages in Ford Pass, however the charge time didn't seem to be effected.
I agree, charge times seemed to be on par with expectations. I was worried about damaging something if a charge station pro was not setup properly. I used an electrician, not SunRun. How about you?

Same. I had my electrician install it. I had sent him the install instructions before the install. It seemed pretty straightforward.
I believe this is a software issue between the CSP and truck. Seems hard to believe there are that many CSP with issues. Just my opinion

I believe this is a software issue between the CSP and truck. Seems hard to believe there are that many CSP with issues. Just my opinion
I opened a ticket with Ford last night. Waiting for an answer which I will share.

They don’t ship with the truck. Sunrun handles the distribution. I received mine 10 days after I took delivery of the truck.
Yep. All I was saying is SunRun did not get the CSP from Ford until late. This is why they gave an additional 250 kWh and $500 gift card. I got the 250 kWh but did not receive $500 gift card yet.

Well…I picked up my F150 on June 3rd but since Ford delayed, the CSP was received in June 27th and electrician installed on June 30th.
Did the CSP come shipped by Ford or Sunrun?
Thanks for the info. My truck delivered on the June 1st and I received an email from Ford with some compensation but I’m still waiting for the CSP and Sunrun doesn’t service my area.

I have the same problem with the amber light. I’m wondering if I need to turn down the amp setting because it seems to happen when my ac is on at the same time. Also, mine isn’t connecting to my home Wi-Fi network. Are you guys able to connect to your home network?

You might be right about the amperage. Ford has not provided any answer yet.

connection to wifi was a bit tough but I got it to work. You have to connect to the CSP wifi first but must by real close to it.

Yeah I've had mine since 7/9 and it keeps faulting. I don't get any messages through fordpass. I plugged in at 12% and got to 84% in 9.5 hours. But says it was only charging 7 hours and 11 minutes of that. I am thinking about having the amperage turned down to 70, maybe its overheating?

Looks like you can set it in your CSP.

I’m having a problem with my CSP initial setup. I logged onto the station’s WiFi and then found my WiFi and logged in with success, however moments later it kicked me off and now I can’t find the station’s WiFi to repeat the process. I tried turning off the breaker and back but still it’s not broadcasting it’s WiFi. Anyone have a clue what my next step should be? Thanks for any help.
