Is the XLT standard still available? I know the pro is sold out, but I could be in the third wave, and even though I don't see the value in the 52k XLT SR....if available, I am thinking of getting it because I am worried the tax credit will run out if I defer my reservation till model year 2023. If I defer to 2023, how much more will Ford charge for the Pro then, and will the tax credit still be available then as well?

It was on Thursday when I placed my order.

We know nothing about potential price changes in 2023. Here's a link to my best guess on availability of the current $7500 tax credit:

I ordered one Friday afternoon.

I had similar concerns.

Thanks for the info, this does make me lean more towards the XLT S, because after the tax credit, it is still a bit of a bargain for the size of the battery pack. Let's hope I'm in the third wave so I can at least have a decision to make.

I'm hoping Ford manages deliveries so that they go over the limit early in QTR 3 of 2022, which means full credit till Sept. 30. Then there's Ford's production schedule. Do they pump out Platinums and Lariats early on and defer the less expensive versions till later in the year?

The full tax credit is still available for an entire quarter after the one in which the limit is reached.
