The private offer previously stated when it was introduced for those who were invited to order but extended their reservations was $6000 for the XLT 312A (high package). Since then the MSRP for the XLT has increased again since the private offer another $4k, now totalling a +$10k MSRP

However, the high package, as of last month or so, dropped in price from $9k down to $5k.

When I take delivery, after my supposed 2/20 build, what will the private offer amount be?

The private offer was only offered to 2023 wave 1 and wave 2 orders (which were those that pushed their 2022 reservations). If you were not part of either of those, you do not have the private offer. Your MSRP is based on the time you ordered the vehicle. Even if it goes up, your window sticker should reflect the cost at the time of order.

The Dec 16th increase of both pro and xlt reflected a new wave that opened. So they had to pay the new increase but not previous waves.

When did you order your truck? 2023 wave 1 and 2 happened in august. I was wave 1 and my order window started August 11, 2022.

Yes. I was a wave 2 XLT. I have the private offer

Sorry that was for the lower trim, your is 6000.

Also I misunderstood your question. Your msrp is based on the time you ordered the truck. Even though the High 312 A is current an extra 5k instead of 9k, your price would be based off of the price the time you ordered.

But I could be wrong. What does it say on your window sticker? That is what the dealer is going to use when pricing your truck.

Can't agree with everything said here. Your window sticker will not reflect the price you pay. It will include all price increases, (in the case of my Pro.... 3 increases since early August). You will pay what your "Order Accepted" email stated as the price, minus your private offer.

The window sticker will reflect the price of the 512A trim whether it is 9k or 5k. Also the starting point for the private offer, which will not show up until they bring up Smart Vincent. From what I understand the private offer is 6k no matter what.

Yes, the price is based on the time you order.

Yes. I guess I wonder what they would charge for the “high” package- 9k (2022 price) or 5k (‘23 price)? Thank you.

Also, call about any expiration date on your Private Cash Offer, mine expires on January 3rd and I’ve been working with my dealer to extend it since I expect delivery end of January or early February

They expire! That’s the dumbest thing. No one else can use it and the dealer is not going let you buy the truck later.

Good to know. Thanks

I saved all the screenshots of text messages and emails that said "they will ensure my ordered price reflects 22MY pricing" so hopefully there will be no issues. Just hope they don't push back my build date for 6th time (Oct -> Nov -> Dec -> Jan -> 2/20).

Wonder if it's just all the 312A (highs) from wave 2 XLT ordering in August that kept getting pushed back? Would love to know.

They don’t. Tim Bartz says it will renewed automatically by Ford. Promotional private offers expire but these type don’t.
That awesome news! My dealer got back and said their Ford rep has been on vacation and won’t have an answer until the weekend just before the expiration date. I’m hoping it auto renews, but Ford Cistomer Care said the dealer has to request it through their Ford rep to extend it. I just wanted a straight answer from them for crying out loud haha 😂

My XLT SR is expected delivery next week, i ordered it on Sept, 3rd from my reservation on opening night. Ford sent me texts and email saying it will be 22 price for 23 model year. I've been trying to get my dealer to confirm that this will be the case, but till date he has been saying that the truck needs to get here to be able to confirm. If the dealer doesn't or isn't able to get me 22 price, what should i do or how could i contact local Ford rep to help with this.

The private offer is attached to your name and VIN of the truck. When they pull up Smart Vincent it will be one of the offer(s). You can also call Ford to get a certification number as well.

Thank you. Ford support has been inconsistent, one gave me my reservation number as the certificate # and others said can't find anything on the account. Hope they come through.

Brought the truck (xlt sr) home last night! dealer honored private offer ($6,500) and provided it as a rebate. But had to go through Ford financing, since dealer said if using my credit union, it may delay draft process and may cause issues with rebate, so went with Ford financing with very high interest rate of about 8.5%, but plan to refinance in a couple week to my credit union. Thank all, Cheers!

I plan to play the same game if it comes to it, you can always refi especially through a credit union. I applied with Tenet too but said I had too many debts even with a 800+ score but can refinance after since my one car with be traded in and I guess it’s easier to refi they said haha 😂
