I received an email that I will be able to pick the options for my truck in the fall of this year. But with the shortage of parts and the whole Automotive industry short on vehicles, I'm starting to wonder how long it will take Ford to launch the F-150 Lightning.

The answer to your thread title is no for production units. Ford has consistently indicated production starts in Spring 2022 and deliveries Summer 2022.

Given the current supply chain issues through the industry, I rather doubt we’ll see any forward movement on Lightning deliveries either. Early adopters should get their hands on theirs around 20 months or so from now.
