I'm nearly a whopping 300 miles in the past 6ish days of ownership. Been a joy so far!!

A few quirks where some of my settings reset, like ambient lights, the fact I turned off brake coach and it turned back on, little stuff like that.

Also, I set a schedule to warm the truck while plugged in on M/W/F at 5:05am and it worked great on Monday, didn't work at all this morning. Not a big deal, but a little buggy which is not unexpected for such a new truck using a lot of new (for Ford) technology.

I have about 7,000 miles on mine.

Remember the truck has to be plugged in for the pre-warming to work, I did have it not work once but I have no idea why.

My favorite software bug is that the Lightning logo in the top left of the screen shows a mustang Mach-E about once a week, such an odd bug.

Here are my two issues, nothing major but I need to take it in eventually to get these looked at:
1. Air Dam Fault (see thread)
2. Water sloshing in doors for a couple of days after parking outside when raining (see thread)

Hello! Could you privately message us with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer so I can look into this water concern for you? Thank you!

27,305 KMs or 17,000 miles....been at the dealer for 2 weeks now due to a faulty wiring harness that connects the modules. After 2 weeks of testing and trouble shooting it is now determined it needs a new wiring harness.

According to the SM there is only one in all of north America and located in Detroit. A 10 hour drive away from Eastern Ontario......BUT dealership is predicting it will take 2 weeks for delivery!

Really Ford?...I expected so MUCH better with all hype over the first EV Ford Truck. .

I was scheduled to leave tomorrow for a road trip to Miami boat show with my lightning.

My dealer has been excellent to work with....I have bought many trucks for my fleet from them over the past 25 years

Had mine for about a month. Coming up on 3,000 miles. Haven't really had any issues to date that are super pressing.

1. The 12v battery cover inside the frunk broke within the first day or two, but I was actually expecting that. I had seen that it was happening on several videos and reviews that watched. I fixed in place with some anchor tape for the time being.

2. The automatic windshield wiper sensor doesn't work. Or maybe it's too sensitive or has moisture in it? I don't know. When I turn the wipers to any of the automatic settings (sensitivity levels) they just turn on like they are on a delay. In other words, if I turn the dial up to the most sensitive in the auto setting the wipers just run like they would if they were on a short delay. Even if the rain stops, they keep running.

I drive just under 150 miles a day round trip to work. Waited two years for the truck and I'm honestly enjoying it so much I don't want to be without it lol. I'll get that stuff fixed eventually. The dealer suggested some settings that may be wrong on the truck, but I checked them and it's definitely the sensor or something wrong. My last truck was a 2015 XL so I haven't completely forgotten how to control the wipers myself.
