I have several suggestions for improvements. I am also sure that I will come up with some as I continue to use this amazing truck. And, I know many of you have good suggestions to.

Who do we contact at Ford?

For example, I use Apple products because I trust their privacy more so than Amazon and Alexa. I am glad they include Alexa for those people that are happy with those product. I want to ask Ford to add Shortcuts support for the FordPass app so that I can ask Siri to start my lightning, lock my Lightning, or warm up my seats. And I have other suggestions as well.
