When I first got mine, it was ~90% SOC and it listed 250, I think, maybe more. I haven't hit that again because I don't drive like that unless I need to. To get 300 miles you have to be doing at or better than 2.290 mi/kWh and 2.442 mi/kWh for 320 miles
Yesterday I went to work and I did 2 mi/kWh in the morning and 2.6 mi/kWh on the way home. The morning was 90% highway and on the way home was maybe 40% (I was on a meeting phone call and didn't want to deal with the highway so I took the longer way home).
