Those of you who have taken delivery of a LARIAT ER: what is the front floor mat situation?
Are they rubberized mats or carpeted?
Unlike popular opinion, I personally don’t care for the weather tech style surfaces, and want to make sure I buy a set of carpeted mats in advance if needed. Thanks!

Ordered w optional rubber ones and others were carpet. The rubber ones fit well and are nice. Have only 1000 miles on them but no wear and collected dirt well. Carpet ones in the plastic for when I sell
Would you please post some photos of these in place in the front and back?

Mine came with cloth mats, but I LOVED the weathertechs HPs on my previous truck, so I've ordered them. Picking them up this afternoon.

One of the 'nice' things on my last truck is the front mats were 'bowl shaped' on 3 sides and designed to 'drain' out under the door. Rainy/snowy/muddy shoes just went out below the door.

I ordered the all-weather (rubber) mats using the Ford Pass award points from the truck purchase (22,000) plus those from my Ford Pass Visa card. The look great and I liked the F-150 logos on them. If you need a really high lip, they’re not for you. The lip is fairly low.

I decided I am going to get aftermarket rubber mats. After a little research, I think I am going to go with Husky X-act contour floor liners. They are available for the Lightning. Anybody have experience with these?
I LOVE the husky mats. I even saved em from my 20 F150 for the lightning. I’m not sure the back mat will fit since it covers the whole floor and that pop up storage might effect that.
I had weathertec and the ford all weathers. Husky was my favorite by far. The rubber is a bit softer and more workable which I loved. They cover more surface and drain TO the door which is great for spills. They age better and grip deeper. And they’re cheaper. 10/10 would recommend.

I got the Husky mats in my 20 F150 as well. Wondering if they will fit in the Lightning since there's always that 1 little thing to throw off the fit. They are laser designed to fit perfectly per model. Also wondering the same thing about my tonneau cover.

Add me as a Husky fan. I got a set from Realtruck.com this week. I really wanted Ford OEM or Weathertech, but the Husky's I could get within 2 days with free shipping.
I got the X-ACT Contour Floor Liners. The fit and coverage are outstanding. They are keepers.

This is what I did. My 2011 has WeatherTechs and they’re great but the Ford Lightning rubber mats look, work, and feel great.

Check out TuxMats. You can view pics on another discussion forum "TuxMats installed pictures". I ordered them on Amazon and will report back on how I like them. Thanks, Walt

Do the Weathertechs cover under the gas pedal? The Ford mats do not, as shown in the pics above.
The Weathertech mat goes up behind the gas pedal more than the one pictured. Also the mat retainer circles are not visible from the top side of the Weathertech mat - it is only on the back side. The door side lip on the Weathertech mat is a little better (IMO). But the Weathertech is a little more pricey, but was worth it to me.
