Ford said waves will come about 2 weeks apart. I’m a #3 so I’m hoping each dealer gets a couple more at least in wave 2.

Did you have to bug them to get your number in the que or did they give you that information willing?

I can't get my salesman to respond. My wife and I went into the dealership the other day to look at some features on in stock F-150s. Since our salesman wasn't there, they put us with the person in charge of ordering the Lightnings. He was glad to fill me in.

This is probably a problem at many dealerships -- talking with the right person.

I can't get my salmon to respond.
Not sure they can speak outside of water, may need to wait until warmer weather. 😇

My buddy was prioritized at the local dealer by us and ordered his Platinum; I'm still deciding on what to do....the cost delta between PRO and XLT just doesn't make sense so may toss a PRO order and wait whenever my wave gets called upon...which should hopefully be soon unless I got knocked to the back.

If the maths work right, I'd say wave #2 should be around Jan 20th, give or take 3-4 days. To help manage anxiety, I'd err on the side of 3-4 more days.... Fingers crossed I'm in wave #2. I reserved on 5/19 @9:40 pm EST.

NWE, what state are you in and when did you place your reservation?
Sorry for late response. I turned notifications off because it was leading to more anticipation anxiety lol

I'm in North TX. Placed my reservation 5/20 around 10am CDT. I've almost come to grips with the fact I'll be getting a 23MY. Just in case, I reserved the Silverado EV but I'd much prefer the Ford. Maybe waiting a few more months puts me in better position to splurge for the extended range battery. Trying to stay positive. :)

Went by the dealer today to see an f150 closer up. Spoke to the same salesman who told I’m wave 2 a couple weeks ago. He insists that wave 2 will not be opened until March time frame. His general manager confirmed it.

I’ve seen the articles and the posts here that said the waves will open in two week periods but that conflicts with what my dealer Is saying. Guess I’ll be waiting a couple more months than I thought

Jim Farley said the second wave will be on 1/20. That was on his Twitter account. Hopefully the CEO knows more than the dealer.
I called Ford and they said that was about the timeline as well.

From past observation, Farley's tweets are far more reliable than Musk's.

Speaking of Musk, when the heck is he going to open the Tesla superchargers? I honestly need them open to make my truck viable as there is not a single supercharger I can use between Sioux Falls and Fargo, a regular trip for me. (and it gets cold here.....) Of course, Elon has the best supercharger in the entire darn state in Watertown, which is what I need for this truck!
