This happens from time to time. The good news is you will get a complete truck rather than having a feature deleted.
Waiting for a chip
Update from my dealer on my Lariat order, blend date 8/28: … it looks like your Lightning is built, but now on a chip hold at the plant. Once it receives the chip, it will ship. There is not an updated ETA at this time.

I received a text from my Dealer this afternoon! The truck arrived even though it was showing “in production” yesterday. The dealer was as surprised as we were! We will meet on Sat to go over the paperwork. Good news…
Not all Lightnings but Blue Cruise Hand Free is standard on the Lariat.ALSO I do not see Blue Cruise on the window sticker for this Platinum build. Isn't BlueCruise standard on the Lightning?
