Seems like with the way this works, they could sell the magic adapter for use at all superchargers, instead of just those they get around to.

I'd buy one.

Holy balls, it is real and actually being used! While I know this will take time, does anyone know if tesla has a way yet to search sites they have them installed and working?
I believe they will appear in the Tesla App once you have an account and use the “Charge my Non Tesla” option.
Yes. I downloaded the Tesla app and set up an account. I am hoping soon this comes to West Virginia, where virtually the only DCFC are Superchargers, and I cannot get through the state on I77.

You can also use Plugshare. Select CCS and only the Tesla network. So far only 2 in CA and 5 in NY.

Also see:

They need to install longer cords along with the Magic Dock or Mach Es and Lightnings will have to park in one charging spot and use the cable from the next one over.

Real issue to be sure. Folks should look for end units where you may be able to keep from blocking other units.
