The Ford Vehicle Owner Tracking website (https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking) stopped working for me the other day.

Previously it would accept my Order Number and VIN, but now it won't load at all and just goes right back to the page prompting me to enter those two values again. There is no error message, just the prompts again.

Has anyone else experienced this as well?

I have had issues where it showed no truck, ticker stopped for a second!!! I tried lets say 1 hour later and worked so got me thinking when they are updating it may briefly go down.

It said it was down to improve the customer service the other day. As far as I can tell all they did was take down the estimated delivery date of my truck. Which has now moved from today to 8/30 according to Ford.

I have never been able to get it work in Chrome, but works fine on Edge browser, Still does. I just checked.

Yes. I has been that way mainly for the last month for me.

Now I can't access it on Edge either. I am going to try the Canadian Site.

My dealer called and said my XLT LIGHTNING truck is in Salt Lake City and is waiting to be trailered from the rail yard to the dealer 45 minutes north it will be the first Lightning Sold by this Dealership~Young Ford of Brigham City , so next week delivery will be about 5 days past my back side delivery window.
