Anyone else notice their truck changing from their owner personal profile back to Guest for no apparent reason? Every week or so, with no pattern I can discern so far, I will get in the truck and notice little things, like my mirrors do not unfold when I hit the start button. I look at the drive profile selected and it is on Guest, even though it was on my profile when I parked it prior. It has done it using remote start, but also not changed when using remote start. It has done it when connected and charging, but also when the truck sits all night not connected or charging. It annoying more than anything else, since it's easy to change back, but I cannot figure out what process is running or being triggered that would select the Guest profile while nobody is in the truck. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what I can check?

I read an article on here a few months back about someone that was having it and it had to do with the way they were entering the vehicle (sometimes PAAK, sometimes FOB, sometimes keypad) and apparently you need to link all the different ways to your profile. Not sure if that’s relevant for you but thought I would share.
I’m still waiting on my build (4/10… Maybe :) ) so for now Im just on here “new boot goofing”.

My 23 Lariat ER does that every now and then. No indication as to why. I use PAAK exclusively and my profile has my phone, key, passcode etc…all linked. Just a random bug that will hopefully be worked out in a future software update.

Your profile activates when you use the fob associated with your profile to unlock the truck or when you press the seat memory button. It reverts to guest when you use the keypad. I'm not sure about PaaK. The owner's manual explains it.

Did you associate your PaaK "phone fob" with your driver profile?

That's what seemed to be confusing the truck that was confusing the hell out of me.

Yes. Pretty much every time I use remote start or preconditioning, it reverts back to guest.
That's the issue. Whenever you use remote start it will be in guest mode. I don't understand why but it is very repeatable.
