Curious, for those that have taken delivery of their Lightning or perhaps found this information elsewhere, do the cameras on the Lightning double as a dashcam-like camera while driving similar to a Tesla?

No but Ford has discussed making this an option in the future.

No recording capability currently. I installed a dashcam but am holding out hope that Ford will enable recording in the future.
