This link requires your "Order Number" and "VIN". My eight digit order number that I was provided does not come up as valid. Is there a different number that is used?

It's the order number from the dealer's order summary. It's 4 digits

I used the order number that appears on my Lightning order page of the owner.ford.com web site. It worked like a champ. The number is an 8-digit number.

Well then maybe I misspoke. The 8 digit order number will be the same as your reservation number.

How soon has this site been accurate for people? I have a 6/20 build date on my ford.com account and extracted the vin. When I used that with my dealer order number it reverts back to order confirmed instead of in production and says its a "2022 F-150 F-150 Lariat." No mention of Lightning, doesn't have the max tow package, and doesn't mention battery type. Is this what y'all are seeing?

I got a screenshot from the dealer showing what was input into their system. That confirmed company and railcar number. Norfolk Southern’s automated system has been easy to call daily just to check progress. Did he tell you the company or just the car number?

Just the car number, he said at first he doesn’t get anything like that for info. I said I’m pretty sure you do… I said My friend got his from his dealership.. which was a white lie, and then he sooke it out loud really fast.. I hope I heard him right but now I wonder.. When I call Norfolk it skips one letter of my initials that I give it.. it’s weird how only that one will work?

when I called with that info it says the unit was rebuilt in IL earlier this evening but I’m wondering if you’re really on Norfolk Southern. Their rail map only goes as far west as Missouri. They’re mostly east and south east US. I wonder if you’re on a different company
