I try using https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking to track my shipping and sometimes it works and sometimes it just refreshes and asks for Order number and VIN again and never loads. Is there a better site to track shipping.

What I really want to know is if my truck has been loaded on a train and if so when. My tracking does not show that it has shipped yet but seeing so many others that have shipped I have to believe mine is at least on a train already. My truck is scheduled for delivery 6/24-7/2 and I got my email that it was built on 5/26. Any suggestions

I am thinking it may just be a fire wall issue. I just tried it from my phone and it worked fine. Also the update is it SHIPPED!!! Now I will get with the dealer and see if I can get a rail number

My truck was built 05/29 and is apparently still awaiting shipping according to shop.ford.com tracker. I’ve checked so many times that I’ve actually memorized my VIN and order #. I’ve resorted to checking my Amazon account as I so desperately need to see the words “Your order has shipped” 😉

It is very intermittents - lots of complaints about those sites.

If you want replace the .com with .ca and you can get to the Canada version. It is updated more quickly than the US version.

If you are shipped - please share your blend date.

You might get three ship dates from Order Track
(Replace the xxxx with your vin and yyyy with your order #.

Uhhhhh - you have a surprise coming. You likely aren't close to shipping. If you do get shipped please let us know. You need to be "Built" first and all trucks since about 5/23 and a few before seem to be on a "Chip Hold". Nothing has shipped since the 5/23 date.

The trackers you are using will show when "Built" but not the details before then. If you contact your dealer to ask what your Vehicle Visibility report shows unfortunately you'll also likely show up as a chip hold.

Question please: my production date and blend date is 04/12, however the tracker still shows in Production (in progress), all modules are active and I can see Platinum’s with a higher VIN already delivered.
Any suggestions/ thoughts?

I just got my "shippd" email today from ford. The blend date was 4/20, 4/27 productions, "built" email was 6/8. Shipped email 6/15. My dealership (NJ) said they still see first week of July.. 2nd-8th.

I would think it will take less than 2 - 3 weeks to get here... Delivered by Convoy which I think is a truck.

Your order # is a 4 digit # that your dealer has, but can also be found on your Window Sticker. It's the 4 digits after the 72 in the attached screen shot.

I got my "built" email sent on 6/1 and it says estimated arrival at my dealership is 6/12 to 6/18. now i dont believe that is going to be the case. when i checked on order track it shows my vehicle was invoiced on 6/10. does that mean its shipping is paid for and just waiting for it to be picked up and convoyed to the dealership?

My truck built 08/17/2022 railed to selkirk ny and on platform 56 9/02/2022. Checked with dealer and they know its there now 10/18/2022. Also vin ending 10000 out of 15000 being built for 2022

I have called and they keep on saying your dealer has most up to date information. They don’t have any more than anyone else. I just gave up cause they come up with all kinds of stories and truth is they don’t know.

The dealer has a detailed tracker they can access called Vehicle Visibility. It provides much more detail than you can access on your own. However, most dealers don't want to be bothered.
