There was. That show was kind of a parody, however. A lot of the stuff they did to "bust myths" was just for entertainment (it is TV afterall), and their actual scientific accuracy was pretty lol lol.

I remember the Mythbuster episode being about driving with the tailgate up vs. down... and then I think they did a "Redux" including one of those hole-ish floppy rubber tailgate things. I don't think they did a fully closed tonneau cover...
