2023 Lariat. Status in production for past 3 weeks. Not yet showing built or shipped. Surprised by length of build time. Normal?

Not unusual these days. Lots of vehicles are delayed part of the way through production due to chip and other part shortages.

Mine was in prod for 9 days. Now it’s been in built status for 6 days

Mine blended on 8.22 and sat dormant for a week before moving to shipped. It just arrived at the dealer today

Same here. My production week of 11/28 with a Blend Date of 12/3 is still sitting "In Production" status. I did just a get a "welcome for AEE Ford" email today which is random. That's the company that supplies the whole home integration units

11/23 blend date, "in production". Seems hopeless to get it this year to qualify for $7500 tax credit. Somebody else will own it.
