Anyone else notice that the This Trip display that shows Mi/kWh doe not always reset itself? Mine seems to be stuck on the miles form the last trip but but the miles/kWh goes to zero for the new trip, seem a little wonky. I checked the manual to see if I missing something but it states it resets each time you "start" the vehicle, mine certainly does not do this all the time.

This Trip, for me, has does this several times in both the Mach E and the Lightning. It actually happened today. I commuted to work and spent 4 hours on site. Got back in and drove home and about 20 minutes in I noticed it said I was on a 1:10:00 trip. Up to like 56 miles. Then at a stop light, because I was having android auto issues, I turned the vehicle off, opened the door, closed and turn it back on and This Trip reset.

I've not noticed any rhyme or reason for it. Mainly cause I look at it randomly during my drive.

I have noticed that it will not reset itself if I start the vehicle from the app. It USUALLY resets if I start it normally but not all the time. There should be a way to manually reset it like the "Trip 1" and "Trip 2".......

I have seen that happen once so far. I initially thought “this trip” means since you last charged. That’s how Tesla does it. I’ll pay more attention to when it resets
this trip means LITERALLY THIS TRIP - the one you just started when you pushed 'start'...nothing to do with charging, otherwise it should be called - Since last charge, NOT this trip - you can use the trip 1 or 2 if you want to track since last time you charged...

MyTrip also frequently forgets a trip for no apparent reason. This sounds like a bug for @Ford Motor Company to look into.

This is a constant issue on my Lightning Pro Work truck. There is NO rhyme or reason on when it resets and when it doesn't. I stare at the my trip constantly to gauge how the way i drive impacts battery considering outside temp and all the other factors, so I pay close attention. It's not per charge. It's not consistently impacted by remote start. It doesn't seem to be a limit on min. travel distance. It seems completely random and frustrating.

Yea, my truck has had this random issue, I don't think I've ever seen it not reset if it's been parked for a while. I've also noticed that sometimes the mi/kwh displayed on the dash doesn't match what's on the center console screen, usually off by a tenth.
