New promotional email just came out from Ford:

Designed to deliver a new kind of tough.

Ford F-150 Lightning™ truck being driven uphill on a backwoods road.
It’s been there, hauled that.
Mark, we wanted to build a truck that’s as tough as the world you live in. So when we designed the F-150 Lightning™ truck, we torture-tested it in real-world conditions. And spent thousands of hours loading and unloading the kind of gear you use. Then towing* and hauling** the things you live for. In short, we took your expectations and turned them into a purpose-built, must-have electric truck – that’s also an F-150. Looks like you’ve reserved a game changer.
*Max towing varies based on cargo, vehicle configuration, accessories and number of passengers. **Max payload varies and is based on accessories and vehicle configuration. See label on doorjamb for carrying capacity of a specific vehicle.

A modern take on Built Ford Tough.®
The all-electric F-150 Lightning™ truck is engineered to be a whole new kind of tough. From modern design cues to advanced aerodynamics, it’s style that’s backed up with plenty of substance. Because when you go all-electric, scheduled maintenance costs are estimated to be 40% less than those of a gas-powered F-150 truck over five years.* Now that brings a whole new meaning to “Built Ford Tough.”
*Scheduled maintenance costs based on recommended service schedule as published in the Owner’s Manual. Analysis reflects the Ford Motor Company standard method for calculating scheduled maintenance costs and reflects data available in 2020.

Lights the way. And extends your day.
The F-150 Lightning™ truck helps you make the most of work sites or campsites – both inside and outside of your truck. Need office space on the road? An available Interior Work Surface has you covered. You also get flexible power options with four 120V outlets in the frunk and an available 4G LTE wireless hotspot to stay connected.* When it gets dark, you can work, pack or unload with available Enhanced Zone Lighting. Use it to light up a 360-degree area around you so you can keep the action going.
*Wi-Fi hotspot includes a complimentary wireless data trial that begins upon AT&T activation and expires at the end of three months or when 3GB of data is used, whichever comes first. To activate, go to ww‍w.‍at‍t.‍co‍m/‍fo‍rd.

Form follows “frunktion.”
What did we do with all that room where the engine used to be? We built the largest front trunk of any all-electric pickup, aka the Mega Power Frunk. Use its 14.1 cubic feet* of storage space for tailgates, camping trips or do-it-yourself projects. For golf clubs or power saws. And when the day is over, easily clean it up with a hose. It’s space that’s built for whatever you put it through.
*Cargo and load capacity limited by weight and weight distribution.

Get ready to recharge on the road, because the F-150 Lightning™ truck is built with your comfort in mind. A four-series lineup offers features to make you feel at home, like available multicontour front seats with Active Motion® massage and a B&O® Unleashed Sound System by Bang & Olufsen® in the Platinum model. And that’s just the beginning. No matter which series you choose, the luxury of a roomy, full-size cab will be all yours.
