I'm wondering how often current owners of vehicles with sync4 get software/UI updates? The current integration of Apple Carplay on the 12in screen does not let you use the full screen. I hope Ford listens to customers and releases new updates with requested customization like that

They are very few and far between. Sync 3 and before you could update with a USB drive, it was clunky and almost not worth it. Sync 4 has OTA updates, but those have been hosed for some truck owners with very few updates and none for well over a year. Don't count on too much.
