I also got this email and went ahead and responded. I’m currently in an exchange process of the 4 kw delta inverter for the 10 kw inverter, and I thought maybe this email was related to the 10 kw inverter being ready for shipment back to me. Apparently not….

I did not respond since they’ve been to my house five times and the charging station is sitting on my front porch. It’s been there so long the box is starting to fade.

Well guess what? I got a second CSP shipped to me last week. I received my first one 6 weeks late (in July) and also got the gift card and extra charging too. I did not receive any additional correspondence since then but lo and behold I got a second CSP. I contacted Sunrun and they put me on a chasing my tail runaround so I called Ford's CRC and they said well be patient and see what happens.
