Agreed with Voltz......if you just want the Pro Charger installed, call your local electrician. Most are experienced in EV charging installs. You might have 2 visits just to scope the work and take a look at the unit. I had my local electrician do the job. The manager came out once to take a look at the unit and location as they had never installed a Ford charger. The electrician came out seperately and did the job in about 3 hours since I had some drywall and panel work to do. You'll probably get a better price versus Sunrun.

Unfortunately I agree completely. I had a great first experience in talking to their sales department and had a site visit in less than a week (on 10/31). Know that my truck was coming in late December I THOUGHT I was in good shape but I've now sent more than 10 emails to 3 different people and have NO ANSWERS or expectations in terms of if/when/how much etc.
Insanely frustrating. Must be great to be in a position where customer experience doesn't matter.....
