For those that have taken delivery and happened to have the factory spray in liner, what kind of delays did you experience in moving through the build process?

I guess the same question for anyone waiting on delivery with a spray in liner as well. I’m wondering if I really shot myself in the foot having that done at the factory. I was so hesitant to change after I place my order because I didn’t want to be moved build weeks.

I ordered the spray in bed liner and received one of the first Lightnings delivered in Western Canada, so it didn’t impact my delivery.

I also got the factory spray in bed liner and to my knowledge there was no delays. Build week was 5/16, blend date 5/19, truck was at the dealership June 16th so I would say no delay there based off timing to south central kentucky.

You likely can't judge 2 months ago with today. They weren't scheduling ICE builds for many weeks and they may have been making fewer Lightnings per week. If ICE has ramped up to 3000 trucks per week or something again that may be putting major strain on the the spray in shop which is separate and down the road. You likely can't compare and expect a good answer. You may get a 30 day delay today when there was none 2 months back.

I have the spray in liner and I recieved my Lightning in early June; I don't think I had any delay at all.
