Congrats! Thoughts on build quality? Is it your first EV?

Thanks! I picked it up on 6-22 and loving it so far. It's my first EV but my second F-150 - that one was an '18 Lariat and the Lightning's build quality is on par with my previous experience with an F-150 Lariat.

Lariat Rims are Carbonized Gray - and they do match the Carbonized Gray paint color.

So would you say that the Smoked Quartz looks more Blue, Gray, or Purple?? Ordered it but never saw the color in person. Congrats

Thanks and same, never saw it before ordering. I would say the color really depends on the lighting - it generally comes off as a dark grey in low light or overcast but then in sunlight you'll get a spectrum of blue/royal blue/purple depending on the angle you're looking from.

From 2023 announcement:
"F-150 Lightning customers can choose two new colors among the 10 available options – Avalanche Gray and Azure Gray metallic tri-coat. Those colors replace Atlas Blue, Ice Blue Silver and Smoked Quartz Metallic, which are not available on models built starting this fall."
