Bought a 2022 used. Can’t get plug and charge to activate despite my ford account telling me the blue oval trial is active. Called Ford. Subsequent owners do not get blue oval network or plug and charge. I don’t understand what this means, but this is news to me. Anyone else understand what that means?

That sounds like someone at Ford with the wrong information. I can understand not getting the 250KW free charging, but Plug and Charge should work regardless if it is a new or used vehicle once you set it up in your Ford Account. I would try calling again, and if all else fails, DM Emma Berg and/or Mike Levine on Twitter. They can be very helpful.
