That's me exactly - 5/19 reservation and nothing from Ford. I'd love to know how everyone else on here is getting info. My dealer claims they don't know anything. Other dealers I have called say the same. When I call the Ford marketing number, they tell me I need to contact my dealer. This is really frustrating!!!
I have a MyFord account that I look at. If I had placed my order it would show on a bar status changed from deposit to actual order.

As I suspected there are other things at play than simply the order in which you jumped on the reservation wagon. I went out and specifically found an eCertified dealer that had ZERO reservations and became their first. I believe that was key to getting a 2022. It makes perfect sense that FORD would want to spread these trucks out geographically as much as possible to get maximum geographical exposure.

How many pulled up their order after seeing this "Scheduled for Production". I did! I wasn't so lucky. I guess XLTs are first? Is it a SR or ER?

Honestly I open it at least once a day and sometimes 5 to 10. I like that Ford has started adding a survey - if they realize we are just out checking our order, maybe they will find ways to be more proactive.

Go take a look New Gallery and look at the documentation that apparently each dealer has, along with the systems they have access too. Maybe you print these and take too them. Your dealer should have access and should know.

Wow, thanks for attaching this, that is crazy and makes total sense why everyone should be in good communication with their respective dealer. I called my dealer the second I made my reservation and asked if they got it, they then checked their portal and accepted. It seems like if they get notified when an order is converted that notification may get lost in all their other business if they are a big dealer especially. I find it hilarious how it says "please do not place orders without permission from the customer",, LOL has this ever happened even once,, where a customer calls the dealer and says, "uhhh, hey, don't place my order, don't you dare",, LOL.

Yes, it has.

Dealers were scrambling to figure out how to lay their hands on Mustang Mach Es for their inventory -- inventory some marked up with big ADMs. There were a number of folks who cancelled their reservations/orders or decided not to convert reservations into orders, only to find the dealers placed the order without their permission.

What if your order screen doesn't show any of the info under order status? This morning I had a green check under order sent to dealer. But nothing for order accepted by dealer. I stopped by the dealership to chat with the team and sign a purchase agreement. They hadn't seen the notification (someone else mentioned the same thing) but they looked up the order number I gave them and clicked accept. But now, my account doesn't show anything at all under order status...

If they hit accept it should show up. The server may be updating. See if it is there tomorrow.

The web site seems to be buggy and inconsistent. I have seen some that look different than mine and/or have missing info. Let's hope Ford does a better job on the UIs for the truck and cloud systems related to truck ownership :(

The "order sent to dealer, order accepted by dealer, and scheduled for production" section is still missing from my order summary. Called Ford and they confirmed the order. The dealership says they accepted it. Wonder what's going on.

Interestingly I now have a "pre-approval certificate" link on my order summary page which seems to be a follow up to the email a lot of us reported getting awhile back.

I guess I'll call the dealership again. The guy I talked to said the GM usually handles lightning orders but was out last week. They probably screwed something up. Our first screens match but I don't have anything under order status in the second picture. I had a green check next to order sent to dealer last Thursday but after the sales rep did whatever he did, the whole section is gone now.

IIRC reading the planning guide issued to the dealers, they have a limited time frame to review and accept/reject an offer to purchase, might be the SM or GM need to take action.

Well comfort in numbers I guess. I talked to Ford again today because I don't think I asked the right questions last time. They told me the same thing as you. The order is converted and the next step will be scheduling which should begin "probably in late march." It sounds as if the dealer did accept the order. But until the glitch on the website is fixed the dealership says they can't pull up the order. It didn't transfer into their local system.

Anybody out there that reserved the F-150 Lightning on 05/19 and still has not received the email from Ford for placing the order? I thought being that I pre ordered so early I would make it into the early waves, but I still haven’t heard from Ford at all (and I have contacted my dealership, but they dont have any info)
I'm with you brother, 5/19/21 30 minutes in got through but just so happen my dealer with 100+ reservations on 12-17-21 did not get 25 as thought but one were allotted 1 for 2022,by Ford. Go figure I picked the best but wrong Dealer here in NH. I am not happy with Ford at this point on how they are rolling out the 2022's where very early reservation holders are bypassed

Update: Dealership couldn't provide 4 digit build number because apparently the order wasn't pushed to local WBDO system. Ford helpline wasn't much help, but they did start a case #. Then when I checked this morning, I now have the "order status" section on the website, so perhaps it is now fixed. 🤞

We accepted his order last 2-17-22. The order is still not on WBDO. I think Ford is taking a while before the order gets pushed into WBDO after we accepted their order.

Jealous of this! Still nothing for me. Ford 1-800 number says they are customer facing and everything on their end looks good, must be a dealer issue. Dealer keeps saying it's a Ford problem not their's but that they're working with their Ford rep.

Classic, dealer blame OEM, OEM blame dealer BS. This is common run around behavior when wither the OEM doesn't want to disclose the way they are operating and/or they themselves don't even really understand how their own system operates.
