And to confirm, there are thousands of reservations from 5/19 that have not and likely will not be selected or order for the 2022 model year. There are simply too many and the distribution of trucks are not even to all reservations/dealers.

As I suspected there are other things at play than simply the order in which you jumped on the reservation wagon. I went out and specifically found an eCertified dealer that had ZERO reservations and became their first. I believe that was key to getting a 2022. It makes perfect sense that FORD would want to spread these trucks out geographically as much as possible to get maximum geographical exposure.

Congrats - you have something very interesting there - you show to be "Scheduled for Production", which no one else has. You'll have to check your order a few times and see how that plays out or if it has been brought back a step. Keep us updated.

I've disclosed my story a time or two, but not made a big deal out of it. I believe that to some degree the allocation is tied to the individual selected to order and not 100% tied to a dealer ( I could be wrong about that). I had reserved at a small Oklahoma town dealer - I was their first in line. I received my invite to order in Wave 1. After receiving the order email I found out the dealer was going to add ADM and separately I would lose out on a TX rebate by not buying in state. 2 days later I called Ford and moved my reservation. I moved to a fairly large dealer in the DFW metroplex. The new dealer showed up real time on my reservation online. I still had the order button online and I clicked it and placed my order which was accepted by the new dealer within a few hours.

I should have still been near the top of the new dealers list since I reserved as soon as Ford opened reservations - I was pressing enter repeatedly that night, but I know that I wasn't likely their very number 1 if they had prioritized others in December. So I can't confirm every step of the way, but it truly seems that once Ford allocated me a truck and I moved my order, that truck went with me. Maybe the new dealer had an allocation that just hadn't been ordered, but my order was 4 days after the Wave opened. It is odd to me that if anyone else from the new dealer had an allocation and an order email that I would have been able to snatch it. Maybe they had someone that opted not to order.

There are many factors at play here, but my situation seemed a bit odd, but once I had the order email it was like I could move to any dealer and place my order. Maybe it was just a fluke, but that is how it worked out.

That's me exactly - 5/19 reservation and nothing from Ford. I'd love to know how everyone else on here is getting info. My dealer claims they don't know anything. Other dealers I have called say the same. When I call the Ford marketing number, they tell me I need to contact my dealer. This is really frustrating!!!
Go take a look New Gallery and look at the documentation that apparently each dealer has, along with the systems they have access too. Maybe you print these and take too them. Your dealer should have access and should know.

How many pulled up their order after seeing this "Scheduled for Production". I did! I wasn't so lucky. I guess XLTs are first? Is it a SR or ER?
Honestly I open it at least once a day and sometimes 5 to 10. I like that Ford has started adding a survey - if they realize we are just out checking our order, maybe they will find ways to be more proactive.
