what happens if the MSPR is $82,000 with all options and destination charges?

"The new EV tax credits would be limited to trucks, vans and SUVs with a suggested retail price of no more than $80,000 and to cars priced at no more than $55,000. They would be limited to families with adjusted gross incomes of up to $300,000 annually."

Thanks Berm, Then it will put me below $80 K. But, once all this law is written and passed we don't exactly know if this new thing is effective right-away or beginning 2023.Destination charges wouldn't apply, options do. Dealer markups & other fees also wouldn't apply.
