Replenishment of EV Tax Credits looking more likely now

I remember back when the $80,000 cap in legisaltion looked like a strong 'maybe', Ford dropped the Max Tow by $40 ($856->$825) to bring Lariat ER to $79,994, including destination and delivery. The D&D increase of $100 after it failed put it back over $80k. I hope D&D doesn't apply towards MSRP, even though I'm not affected.
