Rear center seat occupancy sensor wrong?

Anyone else have this … with 4 adults, seat belted in, my 23 Lariat ER always tells me my wife’s purse on the seat is an occupant. I’ve even seen phantom rear seat sensor issues with nothing on it. Is this just me?
