After 1150 miles, my range has settled in at 250 miles at 100% charge. More than enough for 95% of my average daily needs and about what I expected, so no complaints. It's been over 100* every day I've owned it, and there is nearly always a 15-20mph wind in Corpus Christi so I'm pretty pleased with the range. Driving consists of a mixture of mostly 75-80mph freeway and some 45-50mph city driving. This truck does not disappoint me in any way. No comparison to the Mach-E I had as far as performance, comfort, handling, everything is better in my opinion. Incredible truck.

Quick is an understatement. Spinning the tires from a 40 roll is ridiculous in a 6500lb AWD truck. But it is fun.
Most people have been in a fast car - electric or gas powered - and they’ve experienced the torque and acceleration at that ride height so they know what to expect. But when you feel that sensation in an F150 Lightning, at first it is hard for your brain to rationalize what is happening. Every passenger has been astonished with the acceleration.

Do you have the ER battery Jason?

Is there some sort of custom calibration that occurs for range estimation?
Yes. Every part of the calibration calculation is custom. It takes in a lot of different data points, past driving history, temp., etc. and posts a guess. :)

Is there some sort of custom calibration that occurs for range estimation? My Lariat ER says only 261 at 100%.
There's nothing you can do to change the calibration of this range estimate other than change the way you drive before you look at it. That indicator is known as a Guess-O-Meter among EV drivers. You really should learn why it is not a good estimate of your range.

After 6k miles, I’m seeing 1.9m/kWh and the range at 100% is 260 miles. The truck has the larger battery pack, 131 kWh .. 1.9 miles per kWh times 131 kWh is 249 mile range. The math makes me believe ford thinks I should be getting 2.3 m/kWh rather than 1.9kWh. In fairness, The vast majority of my miles have been accumulated while freeway driving. Maybe that’s not EPA estimate normal. If Ford is listening.. PLEASE consider elevation changes as well as driving speed when you calculate trip range!!! Sooner or later someone who drives whatever special circumstances that get you to 2.3m/kWh is going to get on a freeway and will discover they are missing 50 miles of effective range!

320 is the EPA combined cycle range. IIRC the EPA Highway range is 280 miles. How fast are you driving?

I've started an "around town" test. My first 70 miles of commuter driving (mostly 60 mph, with some surface street stop and go), average is 2.2 m / kWh.. Maybe (just maybe) I was expecting a bit much from a 1/2 ton truck doing 80.
