Hello all, I have a Rapid Red 2022 Lariat ER and love it so far. One issue that is slowly starting to gnaw at me is a rattle that started around 500 miles on the odometer that seems to be coming from inside, or very close to, the passenger assist handle/grip that is along the pillar at the front edge of the window. Anyone else hearing that? Sounds like a piece of something inside the handle, or inside the pillar area, is loose and rattles around when driving over any surface that’s not smooth. With almost no other sound inside, or outside, the cabin, this one is far more irritating. Before I take it back to the dealer for a look, I thought I’d check if anyone else has run into this. Thanks!

I had the same issue. It was the plastic cover that conceals the side view mirror bolts. I popped it off and tightened the mirror mounting bolts, the bolts that secured the door panel and put padded tape on the trim piece.

There’s a bunch of YouTube videos that show the process. Look up F150 door rattle.

Excellent--thank you for the reply and info! I'll give this a shot this afternoon.
