I had a Frod Dealer install an OEM hard rollling tonneau cover. Install looks/works great. However when the cover is rolled up the rails along the sides of the bed rattle over small bumps. Curious if anyone has found a way to deal with this.

I just had my Ford oem metal reinforced rollup installed and immediately took a 700 mile trip on rough roads - I didn't hear a peep. If the sound is from the side rails, I'd guess one of the clamps on the side rails wasn't tightened properly - that's an easy one to check yourself.

Thanks. Was the cover rolled up on the trip? Agree, it doesn’t make a peep when it is rolled out flat and closed up.
