Pro Power Onboard Service Required

Less than 24 hrs after picking up my XLT312a the Pro Power Onboard in the bed will not reset or let my test it. Also, never got it wet.

Something's wrong. I tripped mine dozens of times while troubleshooting a home transfer switch but never saw that message. If it's a new truck it's probably Ford's famous quality control.
Would love to see @Ford chime in and ask for my VIN. 🙄

Same thing happened to me. Brand new Lightning, error popped up a week after I bought it, took it to the dealer and now we’re waiting on a part.
