I recently purchased a f150 lightning lariat er. It was a mannequin model and had been previously registered by the dealer. I thought that the er models were suppose to have a pro charger provided to them. My dealer said no the pro chargers were not available with the mannequins. Does anyone know if this is factual or does anyone know how I can find out if it’s factual?

Your dealer is wrong, which is disappointing but not unexpected. If you do some searching there's a lot of information on this forum and others. The gist of it is there's a glitch in the system that holds up FCSP deliveries. It took six weeks for mine to show up.
Ford set up a system with a third party, Sunrun, which was unnecessary and has eroded confidence with certain customers, including me. Sunrun's customer service sucks and Ford's is worse. At one point I arranged a conference call with my dealer and Sunrun to verify my information but they still couldn't get it done.
My blood pressure is high enough...do a search, if you have any specific questions PM me.
