totally disapointed that i cant order the pro. wtf ford, seriously wtf

Right now you can't order any Lightning except for the special exception you've run into with your dealer. There are limited Lariats available at this point and nothing else. Think of those as the leftovers.
For 2023 you will be able to order any trim you want. Ordering is likely to open in July or August.

i mean pro can only be ordered by fleet but not individuals. IS THIS TRUE?

the PRO is simply sold out. The XLT is sold out. The Platinum is sold out. The Lariat 'may' have a few slots still available, but only to existing reservation holders.
NOTHING is available until 2023 models open up next month.

and no, the PRO is not simply 'only' available to fleets, as many dealers are receiving PROs as their demo model, to be sold to the public after the initial 6 month 'waiting' period, and many of US have ordered the PRO ourselves, before it was sold out.
