My Ford Pass App says my Lightning is
“ preparing for a drive at home”.
I have no departure time set. The FSPC does not show that any power is being used and the truck does not appear to be warming up, windows still iced up. Outside air temp in high teens. This is the first time I’ve seen this. The truck updated to 4.1.1 a few days ago. Has anyone seen this? Is it possibly just warming the battery?

Next time you see this, take a screen capture of the message and post it. That will help us diagnose what’s up.

We’ve had some extremely low temps (-15) and windchills (-36) for our area. My Lightning has been outside plugged into the FCSP and “preparing for drive at home” message has been showing up on the Ford Pass App with no departure time set. I’m assuming that this is the battery keeping itself warm from shore power
