I received this same message and unfortunately the truck cannot go any faster than 15 mph. Having it towed to dealer today😡😡

Did you have it towed or were you able to drive faster than 15 mph. When my service vehicle soon was displayed the truck would not accelerate at all. I had mine towed today to dealer and hopefully soon I get it diagnosed.
