Do you think the long-delayed Tesla Cybertruck will finally arrive in 2023?

I had an interesting story from a solar rep that use to work for Tesla. He said when the Tesla Powerwalls were introduced in 2015 they only had one demo model and the rest were a marketing ploy with anyone that ordered them on “back order” indefinitely. That was back in 2018 and they started actually selling them in 2020 when the second version Powerwall 2 was released but the rep never was able to fill the first version orders. I won’t hold my breath on the Cybertruck until there is more news with actual models being released then add at least another year after that for orders to actually being filled. That’s timeline is speculation, but they don’t more fast on new tech.

Tesla Gearing Up To Build Cybertruck, Orders Motor Assembly Machines

The order for these machines was placed with a German company that also helped supply motor making machines to Giga Berlin and Shanghai.

Tesla is not a startup company. They know to manufacture. The chassis presses are being installed in Texas, and they are getting the line built. People that believe this is just a "stunt" aren't paying attention to how many vehicles that company actually built this year.

It will probably be toward the latter part of the year, but the line will probably start at some point in 2023.
