Hello everybody and Happy New Year!
So my PRO was supposed to show up at the dealership yesterday (1/9).

The Dealer (since December 2022) has told me "it on a train" and that's all they know.

Today, I made one phone call to the Ford customer service center, they were able to tell me almost precisely where my vehicle is! Apparently the vehicle was at the local train depot (near the dealership) over a week ago (1/2). But for some reason it was not offloaded. Instead the railway car left the local train depot, is now over 6 states way! Unfortunately, Customer Service could not provide any insight on why it hadn't been delivered to the dealer.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this or is currently experiencing the same...

Thanks!

Unfortunately, once on rail or convoy it is out of the hands of Ford or the dealer. You can try asking Ford for the rail info (tracking number) and call the rail directly for updates.

If you're lucky it actually was offloaded and no one checked it in a the destination. This is quite likely. Train cars are RORO (roll on, roll off) and mostly FOLO ( first on, last off). Unless your truck was the very first on, it would have blocked other vehicles from being unloaded. Otherwise, they would have not only driven it off the train car but back on as well -- or not unload and entire train car!

My truck was delivered early today! I expect to take delivery next week!
