has anyone else experienced issues with phone as key/Bluetooth? I was exclusively using phone as key and it was amazing but now my Ford has two different Bluetooth connections, one that I cannot forget on my phone that I assume is overriding the Bluetooth connection I need for my phone as key. Ford was unable to trouble shoot remotely and my local dealer wants to charge at least $250 for diagnosis. Yikes!

Yes, two Bluetooth connections. That 09261 number is probably the last five of your VIN. You want both active, one for PaaK and one for SYNC.

After using PaaK exclusively it stopped working when 4.1.3 OTA installed. I also believe its a blue tooth connection issue. I also thought it might be a conflict between two different ford connections showing on my phone.

Took truck to dealer and they did something to the truck that got it working again. Lasted until i got home. I haven’t had a chance to go back to the dealer for further analysis.

Yeah it seems like it’s a Bluetooth issue, I have gone through all the reset steps Ford has given me with no success.

Got a new phone which required reinstalling FordPass. I then deleted the old phone from the truck and the two Bluetooth items (PaaK and CarPlay) that transferred from my old phone. Added the new phone to the truck. Re set up PaaK and CarPlay. PaaK has worked without any issues for the past 2 days.
