My name is Richard, I am building a netzero home called SolarAK Haus(Solar Alaska House) hence the name. I have a 14 kw solar pv system I charge my Volt with and will charge the Lightning as well.

Carbonized Grey was my second choice. An excellent color. I went back and forth but settled on silver because I already had a carbo grey Mach E.

Steve at RES, who installed my solar array, had a reservation for a Lightning, thought you might be him. The RES electrician also had a Lightning reservation. Seekins' sales manager told me they had 56 reservations, as I recall. The last I knew, mine and their blue SR XLT are the only ones in Fairbanks. I know of three Lightnings in Anchorage. If you want to cold weather test, I was told Seekins does rent out their Lightning demo.

I had a first wave Lightning invite last Jan 22. Back then it was a long time from order to build, but it took from my May 23rd build date to July 16 for delivery. Well worth any wait.

I just bought a SR Atlas Blue Lariat. Unlike most of you, I wandered into a dealership just hoping to test drive a demo and they had 3 available for sale. Got mine in Renton, WA at Sound Ford and have been loving it! I have a long commute so this is saving me tons of $$ on gas. I've had it for about a week, no issues yet except it hasn't gotten the newest Sync updates.
