i did get a notice on my Ford Pass app that 3.2 was available.

Since then nothing. If i check for updates Sync says i have the latest. Any ideas on how to resolve?

I'm thinking that answer is probably, "Be patient."

Maybe they're going to ZEV states first.

I tried the Ouija board suggestions of set sotware updates to every night at 12:05 a.m., then Lock-unlock-reset screen-set parking brake-plug in-lock again last night and got no love from the 3.4 gods. Still 3.1. Leaving it tethered for another day.

I recommend patience. Sometimes it takes a few days between updates,

I set up the auto update for once per week.
I drive the truck 5 out of every 7 days.

Then don’t expect updates more frequently than once a week.

As far as we know, they can use either one.

That is good news because there is no cell signal for the vehicle at my house.

I am setting up a visit to my dealer. This will be the 2nd attempt with them. They said they updated Ford Power-up to version 3.5 but they did not. They told me to bring it in again. I’ll let you know if I find any solutions.

It finally updated. I was out to dinner and received a notification on my Ford Pass. Hallelujah! No need to take it in.

LOL. It is when you least expect it. Although, I could not have two phones connected at the same time and I did not see any new games. Both of these were features supposed to be there. Maybe it is not finished upgrading?
