I had a sneaking suspicion that my odometer was off, as mileage seems to be accumulating faster than I expected.

This morning I paid attention to the trip meter on my way to work. It’s 25 miles door to door. Trip meter showed 30! That’s 20 percent over!

Wtf?!? Anyone else notice similar?

Stock tires? Which trim do you have?

Try checking against mile markers on an interstate.

I believe the mileage in my Lariat SR is also inflated. I have a suspicion that it may be related to when I pre-condition the truck. But I haven’t been able to nail it down yet, I’ve only got 283 miles on the truck. I’ve also seen some weird info out of the trip display which I can’t reconcile. I will do some testing over the next few days.

Hmm, maybe that does have something to do with it. I did start the truck 10 minutes or so before I left for work. That shouldn’t make the mileage rack up faster though. But with these engineers, who the hell knows🤦‍♂️😂
