Will we get notification from Ford for our truck, or will it have to come from the dealer? Order date 2/13/22.

Ford does send official emails, but often times they are very late. Your dealer has access to a Vehicle Visibility report (which is also not 100% updated and accurate) but they can give you what they know from that system.
