So as the title says Im not a truck guy . But I am going through trying to order the lightning truck even if its 2023. I put my deposit down its been returned. The dealer tells me that means soon ford is going to send for order. Dont know if thats true or not, time will tell. Going to need something all wheel drive by winter 2023. Only other new vehicle I have ever bought was a Ram for my wife. She loves that truck. Im in Canada so that might make it even harder to get one, but we shall see. This is probably going to be a long ride. Should be interesting though.

Did you ask for the refund? Can dealers just arbitrarily decide to refund and cancel reservations? What is your reservation date and time?

No the refund just came directly from ford. The dealer is telling me it’s because it’s moving to next level soon. The ford link shows Jan 20 2022 I think that is when I got my 100 deposit back.
